Life is brutal, but it’s also beautiful. Life is brutiful.

About Lindsay

Doctor of Physical Therapy since 2009 and a board-certified orthopedic specialist since 2015. I want to help you move your body pain-free and in a way that is meaningful to you. Movement heals, movement can also hurt. I get it. I want to help you resolve your movement aches and pains. I want to help you achieve your movement goals. Why? Because I have been in a place of physical pain, a place where I could not participate in playing soccer, or hiking, or squatting to the floor because of knee pain. This place can be dark emotionally and spiritually, and I get that too.

Moving my body helps me feel whole. Helping others move their bodies also makes me feel whole. I have spent 12 of the last 13 years working in a variety of privately-owned physical therapy clinics, and loved being able to help so many people. However, the long hours, the large caseloads, endless paperwork, and seemingly never-ever-ending-constant-dancing with insurance companies finally took their toll.

Then the pandemic happened and it challenged and changed the way we had to provide healthcare. More and more individuals are aware of and open to accessing their healthcare providers, or movement professionals in a virtual capacity. Providing physical therapy services in a virtual way is effective, efficient and powerful and I aim to do just that.

I work with people who:
-are fed up with not seeing progress towards their movement goals
-have headaches from navigating using their insurance as a payor for physical therapy
-depressed from not being able to participate in activities which make them feel whole
-sick of juggling schedules to fit-in a session an their local physical therapy clinic
