We start with a thorough 90-minute evaluation and w.e don’t finish the call until all of your questions have been answered.
We follow-up with weekly-calls to tackle movement aches/pains, manage expectations and navigate issues as they come up.
You get a personalized and progressive home program delivered to your inbox weekly, including written
and video demonstrations of each exercise.You will consistently work with me (Lindsay) and only me (no aides or assistants used here) on your path towards your movement goals.

Convenient scheduling
All sessions are virtual/online, which means you can have your sessions anywhere you have internet-access.
Initial intake is approximately 90-minutes and every session thereafter is 30-min.
You get to make the appointment at a time convenient for you.You can cancel an appointment without any extra fees to pay.
I limit the number of 1:1 clients I take so I can ensure availability in my schedule and not leave you vying for prime appointment time slots.

I do not accept insurance as a payor because they can dictate how often and how I get to treat you. They also require a lot more paperwork and fees on your end.
